Despite the bad reviews, I went there and it was quite good and clean. It is not usually busy and machines work well. There is also a machine which gives you changes. I think new owners have done a good job.

Very clean place and it has free WiFi. The machines look modern compared to the other ones in the area

This Wash Salon was a great experience. It is easy accessible via Metro Station Laurier (take exit A). You can buy washing powder easily via a vending mashine which also has snacks and cool drinks. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful the first time I entered and explained me everything. The washing mashines and the dryers work perfectly.

I'll ha e to say I was influenced by bad bad reviews but this laundromat has new owners. A little expensive but it gets the job done. Some Machi e you might need to reinsert coins a bu ch of times but othee than that it's great. Machines are modern and the coin dispenser is amazing

Indeed one does not feel like a loser when going there ! Very convenient : you can change your 5 or 20 bills to 1 or 0,25 coins ! Don't forget your detergent ;) Also the guy responsible for the place is very helpful, gives advice and repairs stuff really quickly as needed.

Came here despite the bad reviews, and I would highly recommend it! I was told that the business is now under new management, and that they will gladly provide refunds if the machines eat your change. My roommate and I have used the driers probably four times and have had no problem - not to mention, the machines are huge and work very well!

I take great pride in a relentless laundry routine and it is a joy to get it all done at Lavoir Facile. This laundromat is a charming spot with ample machine selection, reasonable prices, and lovely, comfy stools for hanging out. The owner is amazingly meticulous with maintenance and cleaning between loads. If you ever have an issue, just email and he’s there in a heartbeat. I’ve looked around and this is definitely the star lavoir in the neighbourhood. Thank you for all your hard work and here’s to many more happy laundry days! 💕☀️🧺
